Days at Sea

When I booked this trip I was a bit concerned about the number of “days at sea”….how would I ever find enough to do??? I brought my watercolors, and an I Pod filled with music and audio books and lots of Sudoku puzzles. Well I haven’t needed any of these….my days at sea are too full. Today, for instance is typical:

8:00 Breakfast in the LIDO
9:00 Emails and internet time
9:30 “Coffee Chat” in the Explorer’s Lounge with last night’s entertainer. Christine, the Social Hostess holds a very witty and informative interview with various “celebrities” on board. She is very good bringing out a very personal side of these fascinating people.
10:15 Playing TABOO in the Rembrandt Lounge
11:00 Lecture in the Queen’s Lounge with a National Geographic Photographer
11:45 Team Trivia….we are the team to beat!!!!
12:30 Quick lunch
1:00 SCRABBLE with Jane Young…a devilishly good player
2:00 Port Lecture
3:00 Chinese “High Tea”…whatever that is????
4:15 Bingo
5:15: Movie (with hot buttered popcorn) today it’s THE QUEEN!
8:00 Dinner in La Fontaine’s….casual tonight!!!
10:15 Showtime in the Queen’s lounge

I am exhausted already!!!!!
